Assemble the Handle
The finely crafted C64 ERM grinder allows assembly only in the precise direction.
Note: After assembly, the movement of the handle has been adjusted to minimize the impact of any slight play, as applying force in different directions may result in subtle variations in the grinding quality.
Stepless Adjustment
The intuitive and delicately designed grinding control dial allows you to find the best taste of coffee.
New ways of grind adjustment
We recommend adjusting the grind size according to the coffee beans and roasting you are using. We provides only basic guidelines.
Grinding
The ERM grinder allows both clockwise (CW) and counterclockwise (CCW) rotations during coffee grinding. When rotating in the counterclockwise direction, only the prebreaker operates, achieving the primary grinding. When rotating clockwise, the coffee beans initially ground in the first stage reach the final stage burrs, and this can also be applied for intentional overloading.
When grinding lightly roasted coffee beans, using the included C-spanner with the product can make the grinding process more convenient.
Dodging of ground coffee beans
After the coffee bean grinding is complete, simply lift the handle inside the receiver upwards to remove the ground coffee downwards.
Cleaning
One of the convenient features of the ERM grinder is its easy cleaning process. As shown in the video on the right, by holding the bearing housing and rotating it counterclockwise, the burr comes down. Please use a cleaning brush to clean the area around the blades at that time.
Disassemble the Main Body (Hopper)
Prepare a C spanner to facilitate the separation of the main body. This simple step will allow for a thorough cleaning of the inside of the ERM grinder.
